ECU OFFERING OPPORTUNITY TO WATCH HISTORIC INAUGURATION
The East Central University community will watch history in the making with the inauguration of the 44th president of the United States, Barack Obama.
On Tuesday [Jan. 20] ECU will host a viewing of the inauguration on a large projection screen in the Estep Multimedia Center in the University Center. The viewing is free of charge. The doors will be open from 9 a.m. until noon. The swearing-in ceremony begins at 10:30 a.m.
The American Democracy Project, the Communication and Political Science Departments and the Young Democrats of ECU are hosting the viewing.
