Transfer Equivalencies
When transferring, many students want to know what course at ECU
equates to a class they have already taken at another school.
This information can be obtained by going to the following link,
Transfer Matrix. You will need
to know the prefix and course number from the school from which
you are transferring.
Equivalencies for Oklahoma courses are entered in the transfer
matrix; however, even though many out-of-state courses have
already been evaluated, the equivalency you need may not be
entered. If the equivalency is not available in the matrix,
either a school catalog or the course descriptions for each
course taken must be provided to the Office of Admissions &
Records. The descriptions will be sent to the department to be
evaluated. Course equivalencies are subject to change each Fall.
Further questions concerning transfer equivalencies may be
answered by contacting Janis Kidwell at (580) 559-5238 or
jkidwell@ecok.edu.
