ADA – The East Central University Nursing Program at the University Center of Southern Oklahoma in Ardmore is offering the HESI (Health Education Systems, Inc.) or E2 exam, a test that helps determine entrance into the program, on July 25 and Sept. 6 at 617 W. Broadway in Ardmore.

Applications are being accepted for the ECU Nursing Program at UCSO in Ardmore until Sept. 12. Following that deadline for applications, students who have passed the HESI exam and have completed a minimum of 24 prerequisite nursing hours with a 2.7 GPA or higher, will be considered for admission into to the ECU Nursing Program at UCSO in Ardmore for the 2015 spring semester, which begins in January. Those who are selected will be notified toward the end of October this fall.

“There are five semesters in our nursing component toward earning a bachelor’s degree and they can do it all here in Ardmore,” said Anna Duran, program coordinator for the ECU Nursing-Ardmore Campus.
