John Dale DALE RECEIVES 1950'S SCIENCE FUND SCHOLARSHIP AT ECU

John Dale (left), East Central University physics major from Tulsa, is awarded the 1950’s Science Fund Scholarship from Dr. Karen Williams, professor of physics. The presentation was made at the ECU College of Health and Sciences awards ceremony this spring. Dale also received the Briles Scholarship at the event.



Sanju KhatriKHATRI RECEIVES PHYSICS CENTENNIAL SCHOLARSHIP AT ECU

Sanju Khatri (left), East Central University student living in Oklahoma City and from Kathmandu, Nepal, is awarded the Physics Centennial Scholarship from Dr. Karen Williams, professor of physics.  The presentation was made at the ECU College of Health and Sciences awards ceremony this spring.

Kristian Castellanos (left), East Central University pre-engineering major from Fontana, Calif, is awarded the Higginbotham Family Scholarship from Dr. Karen Williams, professor of physics. The presentation was made at the ECU College of Health and Sciences awards ceremony this spring.



James WrightWRIGHT RECEIVES BRILES SCHOLARSHIP AT ECU

James Wright (left), East Central University physics major from Fittstown, is awarded the Briles Scholarship from Dr. Karen Williams, professor of physics. The presentation was made at the ECU College of Health and Sciences awards ceremony this spring. Wright also received the Bulman Scholarship at the event.



Linzi ThompsonTHOMPSON RECEIVES PFEFFER SCHOLARSHIP AT ECU

Linzi Thompson (left), an East Central University environmental health science major from Sulphur and an Ada resident, is awarded the Pfeffer Scholarship by Dr. Douglas Weirick, professor and chair of the Department of Environmental Health Science.  The multi-year, renewable scholarship is provided by Mr. and Mrs. Fred Pfeffer of Ada.  The presentation was made at the ECU College of Health and Sciences awards ceremony this spring.

Linzi Thompson (left), East Central University student from Sulphur and an Ada resident, receives a certificate denoting her membership in Epsilon Nu Eta, the environmental health science honor society. Ashma Shiwakoti (left), East Central University medical physics major living in Ada and from Kathmandu, Nepal, is awarded the Edward M. Smith Memorial Gift Scholarship from Dr. Karen Williams, professor of physics.  The presentation was made at the ECU College of Health and Sciences awards ceremony this spring. She also earned a 1950’s Science Fund Scholarship at the event.

Rubin Rajbhandari (left), East Central University student from Ada, receives the Briles Scholarship for fall 2014 at the ECU College of Health and Sciences awards ceremony in April. Rajbhandari was also named an Outstanding Upper Level Computer Science Major and earned an Anita J. and W. Dean Robinson Scholarship at the event. Dr. Robert Ferdinand, professor and chair of the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science, made the presentation.
