Dedication of the Student Academic Engagement Center

Description
Open house and a dedication of the newly renovated space in Faust Hall which now houses several university offices that are part of the Student Academic Engagement Center. The Title III VOICES grant funded most of the renovation.

WHEN: Friday, February 5 from 10 am to 1 pm. A brief dedication ceremony will take place in FH 159 at 11:15 pm. Brief comments will be offered by several people, including President Hargrave. Otherwise, rooms will be open during the entire period and light refreshments will be available.

WHERE: Faust Hall, first floor - Writing Center, FH 147; Honors Program, FH 154, 155; Service Learning Center, FH 160; and Engagement Center, FH 159.

Also, the new Dean’s Office for the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences will be open in Faust Hall, Rooms 140, 141, 144.

Black Heritage Banquet

You are invited to attend the annual Black Heritage Banquet this Thursday, February 11 where the Reverend Darrell Thomas, San Antonio, Texas will deliver the keynote address. The ECU Association of Black Students will host the banquet at 7 p.m. in the Stanley P. Wagner Ballroom in ECU's Memorial Student Union.
The theme of this year's banquet is "United We Stand to Fulfill the Dream."

Hedgehog and Fox Lecture
