Joe Sims Scholarship (up to $300)

The guidelines for this scholarship are as follows:

The student should be a junior or senior and should be a Cartography or Geography Major.  The student should have a minimum GPA of 2.50.  A junior student receiving this scholarship is eligible to re-apply his or her senior year and will be considered with the other applicants.  Available earnings from the endowment will be used to fund this scholarship.  Preference will be given to any students who plans a career in geographic education.  The faculty in the Department of Cartography and Geography will select the recipient(s).
