Nursing Application Information

The application deadline for the Nursing Program beginning Spring 2012 has passed.  Applications for the Spring 2013 program will be released in May.  Please contact the Department of Nursing if you have any questions.

 Application for Re-Admission

Students who have academically failed, withdrawn from nursing courses or "dropped out" of the nursing program, must submit a completed Application for Re-Admission to the Nursing Program.  The application must be sent to and received by the Department of Nursing by the scheduled deadlines.  Students should refer to their student handbook for complete details regarding this policy.
