ECU Day of Percussion 2009
The Fourth-Annual ECU Day of Percussion will take place on Saturday, May 2, 2009 here on campus at Dorothy Summers Theatre in Science Hall from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
We are extremely excited to be hosting Luis Benetti, Huei-Yuan Pan, and Justin Stolarik as this year's featured clinicians.
The Day of Percussion is absolutely FREE and open to the public. It will include clinics, master classes and a finale concert featuring the ECU Percussion Ensemble, ECU Jazz Ensemble, Ada High School Percussion Ensemble and our guest clinicians.

9:00 -- Registration, Dorothy Summers Theatre
9:30 -- Snare Drum Clinic: Dr. Benjamin Finley (East Central University)
10:30 -- Timpani Clinic: Dr. Justin Stolarik (Madison Scouts, Henderson State University)
12:00 -- LUNCH
1:00 -- Marimba Master Class: Huei-Yuan Pan (Cavaliers, Green Thunder Indoor Percussion)
2:30 -- Hand Drumming and Afro-Cuban Folklore Workshop: Luis Benetti
4:00 -- Finale Concert: featuring Luis Benetti, Dr. Justin Stolarik, Huei-Yuan Pan, the Ada High School Percussion Ensemble, the ECU Percussion Ensemble, and the ECU Jazz Ensemble
