David HallDavid Hall, assistant professor of human resources, has operated his civil law firm in Shawnee since 2003 and was the prosecutor for the Citizen Potawatomi Nation from 2004.

He was an assistant district attorney for Pottawatomie County for three years, a research assistant/legal intern for the Oklahoma Indigent Defense Service and a patrol officer for the Oklahoma City Housing Authority. He is a S.T.A.R. certified instructor for the Department of Homeland Security's Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Georgia and an instructor for the Citizen Potawatomi Nation STOP VIOLENCE Program.

Hall received an associate degree in Criminal Justice from Rose State College, a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from the University of Central Oklahoma and a juris doctorate from the University of Oklahoma.
