Mr. Smith is in private practice in Ada, Oklahoma. His specialty areas of practice are Elder Law, personal injury, probate, family law, social security, wills and trusts. He is admitted to practice law in Oklahoma and the District of Columbia. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association, and Pontotoc County Bar Association. He is a member of the ECU Legal Studies Advisory Board.
