Resident Assistant On-Call
All of the residence halls have a Resident Assistant (RA) On-Call from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday and 24 hours a day on Saturday and Sunday. Please note that calls outside of these hours will not be answered as the phone is not in use outside of these hours. These on-call staff members are available to residents to assist with after hour emergency situations like after hour room lockouts, after hour emergency maintenance situations, etc. Any individual experiencing or aware of an emergency situation that is threatening to the health and/or safety of any student should immediately call 911 or campus police at 580-559-5555. Maintenance (Non-Emergency)
If you have a non-emergency maintenance issue in your room, you can place a work order with the physical plant by sending an email to the physical plant, with your name, room number and specifics about the issue. The physical plant email address is: ecumaintenance@ecok.edu. You may also place a work order through your MyECU account, if you prefer to do so.
