The East Central Hall Association (ECHA) is an organization made up of students living in the residence halls. This organization hosts social and educational events and programs in the residence halls to help building a sense of community and promote learning. In addition, they serve as the voice for the residents and help act as a liaison between the Department of Housing, Residence Life and Dining Services and the residents living on campus.
