Social Work
 

    The Social Work Program at East Central University was initially accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) in 1984 and reaffirmed in 1988 and 1995. The primary objective of the Social Work degree is to prepare students to enter social work practice at the beginning professional level following graduation. This program also provides students with a foundation for graduate education in social work. Finally, students are prepared for active and informed participation where social welfare plays a major role in our society.
