Audiovisual Department
The Audiovisual Department provides support services for the East Central University campus. Audiovisual equipment and materials (videos and dvds) are available for classroom setups, and materials may also be viewed in the library. Patrons must present either a current East Central University ID card or a valid Oklahoma driver's license to view these materials.
The following is a list of Audiovisual services:
- Equipment setups (vcrs, tvs, overheads) - click here for the AV SETUP FORM
- Wire binding
- Laminating
- Scanning
- Video taping (lectures, classroom activities, special campus events, recruitment materials)
- Video and audio tape duplicating (within physical and copyright restrictions)
- Digital editing (with professional tools and assistance)
- Video transfer to dvd

- Digital video cameras (must complete training before use is cleared)
- Transparencies
Additional items to note:
- 24 hour advance notice is required for equipment setups. Calling with less lead-time will not guarantee availability of equipment.
- Expect 24 hour turn-around time for print jobs.
- Equipment will not be delivered in inclement weather such as rain, snow, or ice.
- Audiovisual duplicating services are available provided copyright laws are being followed.
- A fee is attached to some services.

Audiovisual hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
