E-Mail Reference Service

The E-mail reference services is available to East Central University faculty, staff, and students.  We answer basic, factual questions.  If we cannot answer your questions, we will suggest a resource library that might be able to assist you.

Use E-mail when you need:

• dates, names, and definitions
• a citation verification
• an address and/or phone number lookup
• brief biographical information
• answers about Linscheid Library services

E-mail should not be used for:

• extensive research
• interlibrary loan/document delivery requests
• renewing your materials

We will respond to your requests within 48 hours except during holidays, when classes are not in session, and weekends.  If you need a faster response, please come to the Library or call the reference desk at 580.559.5371.
