The E-mail reference services is available to East Central University faculty, staff, and students. We answer basic, factual questions. If we cannot answer your questions, we will suggest a resource library that might be able to assist you.
Use E-mail when you need:
- dates, names, and definitions
- a citation verification
- an address and/or phone number lookup
- brief biographical information
- answers about Linscheid Library services
E-mail should not be used for:
- extensive research
- interlibrary loan/document delivery requests
- renewing your materials
We will respond to your requests within 48 hours except during holidays, when classes are not in session, and weekends. If you need a faster response, please come to the Library or call the reference desk at 580.559.5371.
