PI A PROFESSOR DONATION FROM ECU
Staff members at the House of Hope in Ada (at left) accept a check for $150 from members of the East Central University Math Club. The club raised money for the organization by offering ECU students and faculty the opportunity to “PI a Professor” with whipped cream “pies” during Math Awareness Month. Thirteen faculty members volunteered as targets for 123 pies. Additional donations rounded the total to $150. Representing the House of Hope are Georgiana Sullivan (from left), Lori Bickerstaff and Rachel Miller, with Math Club officers Alyssa Eickenhorst, president; Janne' Klassen, vice president; Laura Asaro, public relations; and Heather Gaddy, secretary.
