TODD THOMPSEN, WES HILLIARD TO RECEIVE AWARDS MONDAY AT ECU

State Rep. Todd Thomsen of Ada and Rep. Wes Hilliard of Sulphur will receive 2011 Distinguished Service Awards in Ada Monday [JAN. 9] from Dr. Glen D. Johnson, chancellor of the Oklahoma State System of Higher Education.

The awards will recognize Thomsen’s and Hilliard’s continued support for higher education.

Johnson will present the awards at 3:30 p.m. in the Lockmiller Lobby of the Hallie Brown Ford Fine Arts Center. ECU President John Hargrave will represent the Council of College and University Presidents. The public is invited.
