ECU OPERA THEATRE TO CONDUCT GALA PERFORMANCE ON NOVEMBER 2
The East Central University Opera Theatre will conduct a gala performance on Friday, Nov. 2, at 7:30 p.m. in the Dorothy I. Summers Theatre.
The performance, which is free to the public, will include scenes from Die Fledermaus by Johann Strauss; Don Pasquale by Gaetano Donizetti; and H.M.S. Pinafore with chorus by Gilbert and Sullivan.
Student performers include Kelsey Howry, Steve Filkins, Danielle Haynes, Kevin Gottman, Rachel Talley and Ashley Tucker.
The opera is under the direction of Dr. Melody Baggech with musical accompaniment by Rudy Lupinski
