Sarah Erwin

ECU POLITICAL SCIENCE MAJOR CHOSEN TO ATTEND PROGRAM           

Sarah Erwin, a junior at East Central University, has been selected to represent ECU at the National Education for Women Leadership Program May 20 - 24 at the University of Oklahoma.           

Erwin is majoring in political science with a minor in legal studies. She is a member of the Gay-Straight Alliance, the Legal Professions Association and the Secular Student Alliance and volunteers at the Ada Boys and Girls' club.            

Launched in 2001, the N.E.W. Leadership program is part of the N.E.W. Leadership National Network at the Center for American Women and Politics at Rutgers University. Oklahoma’s program is one of many similar initiatives across the United States.
