MAY INTERSESSION CLASSES BEGIN MAY 12 AT ECU
More than 30 intersession classes are being offered through East Central University in Ada beginning May 12 as an opportunity to earn three credit hours in one week rather than the traditional 18-week semester. Intersession classes are held between the fall, spring and summer semesters.
Most of the classes will be held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, although some courses are scheduled for half a day and will last longer than one week.
Areas of study include biology, political science, business, criminal justice, social work, human resources, nursing, history, geography, sociology, psychology, education, kinesiology, music, humanities, English, art, mass communications and family and consumer sciences.
Trips to India, Italy, Greece, Russia and Ukraine are also planned during May and will offer three credit hours. There are additional costs associated with the trips.
Students may enroll in intersession classes up to the starting day of class. For more information and a schedule of the courses offered, visit www.ecok.edu/intersession, or call the ECU Admissions Office at 580-559-5238.
