Apply to Graduate
Bachelor’s Candidates
All students who plan to graduate with a bachelor’s degree must apply to graduate by filling out the “gold” card, or application for bachelor’s degree, which may be found in the Office of Admissions & Records, room 111 Administration Bldg, at any enrollment center or any of our off-campus sites. The graduation fee of $50 is due by the end of the semester you plan to graduate.

Master’s Candidates
All students who plan to graduate with a master’s degree must apply to graduate by filling out the application for master’s degree card, which may be found in the Graduate Office, room 102 Fentem Hall. The graduation fee of $75 is due by the end of the semester you plan to graduate.

Application Deadline:
Spring candidate’s deadline is January 25, 2012
Summer candidate’s deadline is April 13, 2012
Fall candidates deadline is August 31, 2012
Note: Applying by the application deadline will guarantee that the graduate will have their name printed in the commencement program; however, degree applications submitted after the deadline will not prevent candidates from participating in the commencement ceremony.
