CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
Qualifications and Job Duties:
- Plans, organizes, directs, and controls all phases of work associated with construction;
- Inspects physical condition and appearance of facilities and equipment;
- Monitors operations and preventive maintenance and submits deficiencies and recommendations to Physical Plant Director;
- Ten years or more experience in the construction field;
- Other duties as assigned
