Oklahoma DUI Judicial Education
Oklahoma DUI judicial education is a statewide outreach effort aimed at reducing the frequency and number of impaired drivers through the education of court professionals, targeting judges; and will encompass both municipal and district courts to reduce impaired driving and increase public safety for targeted communities in the state.
The judges' topical education will be provided through workshops, a website and a quarterly newsletter (also made available to other pertinent court personnel such as court clerks, bailiffs and other essential court personnel). The project will provide a 2-day statewide judicial conference and a 1-day regional session offering curriculum -based workshops targeting the reduction of impaired driving in our state.
