Mr. Hendrix, prior to joining the faculty of ECU, gained experience as a practicing RN in the areas of medical/surgical acute care, urgent care triage, and case management for home health care. He is a graduate of ECU and the ECU Nursing Program. He received his Masters of Science in the pathway of education from the University of Oklahoma, College of Nursing where he was the recipient of the Outstanding Professional Service Award for the year 2004. He is a member of the American Nurses Association, Oklahoma Nurses Association, National League of Nursing, and Sigma Theta Tau: International Honor Society of Nursing.
