Ms. Pat Sutton is the Program Director of the McNair Scholars Program at East Central University, and has been the Director since the program began November 1, 1991. She holds a M.S. in Human Services and a B.A. in Sociology from ECU.

Yul Dotson is the Academic Coordinator of the East Central University's McNair Scholar's Program. He holds a M.S. in Human Resources and a B.S. in Human Services Counseling from ECU.

Ms. Dee Stoup is the Office Manager of the McNair Scholars Program. She holds an A.S. in Computer Science from Seminole State College and currently working on her Bachelors degree in Human Resources.
