CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

Walk Away the Pounds - If you like to walk, this class is for you! In this one hour class you will walk a total of three miles. Small bouts of resistance training are included throughout the walk and the class ends with an awesome cool down. All levels of fitness welcome.
 
Yoga - Hatha Yoga with vinyasa (flow) connects breath and movement. This approach allows you to release stress and tightness in the body while gaining strength and flexibility. The mind body connection is an integral part of every class.
 
Zumba - Zumba is a cardiovascular class that combines body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. This high-energy class will challenge participants to the max!
 
Interval Blast - Do you get bored with the same old routines? This class is designed to keep you constantly changing your workout. Intervals of cardio are paired with segments of strength training using light weights, bands, or your own body weight. You’ll keep your heart pumping, too!
 
Core Power - You want abs? You got ‘em! This great mini-class will carve your core. Scheduled directly after Kelli’s 4:30 classes. Drop in for both or just get a great ab workout.
 
Lap Swim - Swimmers 13 years or older can enjoy early morning lap swimming. Lane ropes are in the pool during this time allowing for 4 swimming lanes. 44 laps or 88 lengths equal 1 mile.
 
Open Swim - Participants of all ages can enjoy swimming, playing, or simply relaxing in the pool during this time. Swimming pool water temperature is kept between 84-86 degrees.
