Thomas A. Zeni is the Chickasaw Nation Professor of Business Administration and Assistant Professor of Management at East Central University. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree as well as a Master of Science degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Oklahoma. In the professional arena, he is a former Human Resources Specialist for one of the world’s largest multinational corporations, an experienced business and people manager in the food services/retail industry, and a former entrepreneur and small-business owner. Tom's research interests include ethical decision-making, emotions, quantitative methodology, counter-productive work behaviors, and leadership. As part of an NIH sponsored grant, he taught a seminar designed to promote ethical decision-making and improve the conduct of researchers within the scientific community, and co-developed an intensive workshop promoting ethical research behavior.
