Cut to the Core
5:00-5:15 p.m.
Monday and Wednesday

Challenge your entire mid-section to obtain core strength that is a cut above the rest. Interval Training goes right into Core class, so just come in at 5:00 and get started! 

Cardio Kickboxing
5:30-6:20 p.m.
Tuesday and Thursday

Get an awesome cardio workout with this fun, explosive class! The variety of kickboxing sequences will target and work not only your muscles and heart but your balance and coordination as well. All fitness levels welcome.

Zumba is a cardiovascular class that combines body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps. This unique combination creates a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness workout. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning.
