We've all been there, forgot to write down a password or been locked out of an account. We are here to help.
These are some steps that may solve your problem.
Passwords expire every 90 days. After 90 days you must reset your password via www.ecok.edu.
Using the computer workstaions on campus to reset your password will not work for your student email.

East Central University provides services as an aid to help students succeed. The Help Desk does provide assistance for these services.
Personal Electronic Devices
The Help Desk provides limited assistance on faculty, staff, and student’s personal devices. The Help Desk will attempt to obtain access for all services listed. We cannot guarantee that we will be successful in getting your personal electronic device to operate correctly. This policy limits our interaction with your personal device to only guiding you through a process. We are not allowed to touch your device. After we have provided our guided assistance and you are still unable to access the needed service, we will advise you to seek professional assistance of a licensed repair service. We are not a repair service. We only provide guided instructions in an attempt to assist you.
