ECU ADVANCED STANDING EXAMINATIONS

FALL 2017, SPRING 2018, SUMMER 2018

Eligibility Requirements for ASEs:

  1. Must be enrolled in ECU undergraduate courses and working on an undergraduate degree.
  2. Cannot have successfully completed the course.
  3. Cannot have attempted this exam previously. 
  4. Cannot exceed course hour limits for current semester. For course hour limits, contact Records Office.
  5. Must complete one application form for each exam and submit it to Records Office (Admin 111).

ASE credit will not be awarded until a student has completed 12 hours at ECU with retention and resident GPAs of 2.0 or better.

Note** Test times should be arranged with Department Chair or Instructor
