Foreign Addresses

Items being sent to foreign countries must adhere to new addressing guidelines. The entire address must be in ALL CAPS with the name of the country on the last line by itself. Except for Global Express Guaranteed, an address in a foreign language is permitted only if the names of the city, province and country are also indicated in English. Please contact our office for items weighing 16 ounces and above as our postal software can print the various customs labels.  Many countries will refuse items that don't have a complete return address including zip code and country of origin in the upper left hand corner of the envelope or package. Items to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam and American Samoa along with military APO/FPO addresses fall under domestic mail even though they are outside the continental United States.
