The Enrollment Management Specialist is responsible for implementing established student recruitment and retention plans and strategies designed to improve the quantity and quality of the University’s enrollment. The Enrollment Management Specialist reports to the Director of Enrollment Management.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and initiation of the various facets of the recruiting and retention program.
- Develop lists of prospective students and develop, in addition to the established communication plan, individual communication plans to yield enrolled students.
- Coordinate phone bank recruitment and retention activities including management of correspondent representatives/telecounselors.
Bachelor’s degree required. Overnight and day travel required. Weekend and evening work expected. Previous recruiting, retention, and marketing experience beneficial.
