Items being sent from one office to another on campus through the mailroom is referred to as interoffice mail. Our office carries a small and a large size of the interoffice envelopes. You can pick them up at our office by asking for them at the front desk. Please put the full name of the person or office you are sending the envelope to because we have several employees with the same last names. It is also helpful to include their mailbox number or the name of their department. A spreadsheet with faculty/staff mailboxes can be found on our office home page. If you choose to send interoffice mail in #10 or manila envelopes, please keep them separate from the regular outgoing mail. This will prevent wasted postage and a delay in getting the envelopes returned back to campus.
