Everything you do revolves around money - the more you know about how to be successful at managing your money, the less stress you will experience.  By learning, understanding, and adopting a few important principles about money management, you will be on your way to thriving financially instead of just barely getting by.

Fly in tandem with CashCourse!

East Central University is here to offer support and guidance as you develop your financial literacy and has has adopted an online course, CashCourse, that will better equip you to manage your money.  This course, available through the Higher Education Wellness Alliance (HEFWA), is sponsored by the NASNTI Program and thus offered free of charge to East Central University students.

Are you an ECU student?.

To begin, create an account at CashCourse with your ECU email.  If you are not a student at ECU, you should use your personal email to set up an account.  If you will be using CashCourse through an ECU course, for example, Tiger Connect (formerly Freshman Seminar), then a course has already been designed for you and will be listed under  “My Assignments” under your instructor.  If you are working independently through topics that you choose, then your results will be reported under “My Activity”, “Self-Study”.  There are many resources on the Fly@ECU website you should explore in addition to the CashCourse modules.

Knowledge is power, and we hope your takeaway from this program is confidence and optimism as you build your financial literacy!
