Veterans Upward Bound is a federally funded grant program designed to provide supportive services to military service members and veterans in an effort to ensure successful entry or re-entry and completion of a post-secondary program of study.

Veterans Upward Bound has trained Academic Counselors who are ready to assist you in preparing for any vocational/technical school or college – no matter its location.

Our Mission: The mission of East Central University – Veterans Upward Bound Program, in the support of the University and the Division of Student Development, is to provide U.S. Military Veterans with the supportive services that will ensure they have the motivation and skills to enter and graduate from a post-secondary institution.
