Strickler, Sr.

Mr. Strickler earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from St. Bonaventure University. He earned a MBA and a Master’s of Information Systems degrees from Baylor University as well as a Master’s of Science in Human Resource Management from Tarleton State University. Mr. Strickler has been a member of the faculty for numerous higher education institutions including: Baylor University, Washington University in St. Louis, Texas A&M University-Central Texas, University of Texas-Arlington, the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, Lindenwood University, and McLennan Community College. While teaching at McLennan Community College, Mr. Strickler spearheaded a project to create an Entrepreneurship Certificate degree which was launched in January of 2007. In addition, he resurrected the SIFE organization to provide a student organization for the business students that was an international organization. Mr. Strickler has created several businesses including Camelot Limousines and Strickler Realty, LLC. Before entering the field of higher education, Mr. Strickler was in management for several S&P 500 corporations including: Beneficial CDC, Agway Energy, and Kay-B-Toys. He joined ECU in 2017 and teaches marketing and management courses.
