Vocal Scholarships & Auditions
In addition to some of the best academic scholarships in Oklahoma, ECU offers several competitive vocal scholarships:

All-State Scholarship – For students who have participated in an All-State choral ensemble

Vocal Major Scholarship – Awarded by audition to Vocal Music majors

Vocal Minor Scholarship – Awarded by audition to Vocal Music minors

Participation Scholarship – Awarded by audition to any student participating in ECU choral ensembles
Global Recognition
The ECU Chorale was recently ranked 25th in the world in the Mixed Chorus Division by Interkultur, the leading global organizer of amateur choir competitions. ECU tied with a top choir from Latvia—only four U.S. choirs ranked higher. This recognition places ECU among the world’s top 1,000 choirs.
