East Central University offers a Doctor in Education (pending HLC approval), and Educational Specialist, eight masters degrees with nine options, two graduate certificates, and two post-master certifications. These programs satisfy requirements for advanced and provisional Oklahoma teaching certificates, Licensed Professional Counseling, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, as well as other credentials.
