Housed within ECU’s College of Health and Sciences, the Environmental Health Science program is one of two majors offered through the Department of Environmental Sciences. This program leads to a Bachelor of Science degree and prepares students to address public health issues related to environmental factors.
Students gain knowledge in areas such as toxicology, environmental regulation, industrial hygiene, and epidemiology—equipping them for careers in government agencies, industry, environmental consulting, and public health.
