The Physics – Teacher Certification concentration at ECU prepares students to become certified secondary-level physics educators. This program combines a solid foundation in physics with professional education coursework, equipping future teachers with the content knowledge, instructional strategies, and classroom experience needed to effectively teach physics at the middle and high school levels.
Graduates are prepared to meet state certification requirements and to inspire the next generation of scientists through engaging, inquiry-based learning.
