Psychology - Behavioral Health Concentration
College of Education and Psychology
The Behavioral Health Concentration within ECU’s Psychology program is designed for students interested in pursuing careers in mental and behavioral health fields. This concentration provides foundational knowledge and practical preparation for those seeking employment in mental health settings immediately after earning their bachelor’s degree.
Students gain the skills necessary to work as social or human service assistants, behavioral health technicians, or to pursue graduate study in behavioral health-related disciplines.
This option equips students with a strong academic and professional background to support individuals and communities in need of mental health services.
