STEPS TO BECOMING AN ECU TIGER!

Once you have been admitted to East Central University, follow the steps below:

  • Spring 2025 enrollment for transfer students begins November 6.
    Make an Appointment: In order to be able to enroll, please call the Academic Success Center at 580-559-5696 to make an appointment. An appointment can be made in advance, beginning October 21, 2024. Appointments are required and must be scheduled in advance so an advisor can review your transcripts.

At this appointment, the following will occur:

  • Orientation
    • Overview of Colleague Self-Service
    • Technology training - Hands-on practice using and navigating through technology used as a student at ECU.  
    • Set up your ECU email account.
    • Explanation of Financial obligations.
    • Overview of services available to help students be successful.
       
  • Academic Advisement
    • Overview of Transfer Credits and degree requirements for your chosen major.
       
  • Enrollment: Your Academic Success Center Adviser will walk you through the online enrollment process, the course selection and actually enrolling you in courses.
