Jazz from Charlie Parker and the Gershwins to Stevie Wonder and Michael Bublé will be on the program when the East Central University Jazz Ensemble performs Dec. 1 [THURSDAY] in the Ataloa Theatre in the Hallie Brown Ford Fine Arts Center. The concert will begin at 7:30 p.m. and is free and open to the public.              Charlie Parker's "Ornithology" will feature soloists Jessika Coleman on alto sax and Josiah Vogan on trumpet. Bent Biddy, alto sax, will be the soloist for Alan Baylock's arrangement of "Go Tell It On The Mountain," and alto sax solos by Erin Goto and Jessika Coleman will be part of "Higher Ground" by Stevie Wonder.              "Funky Cha-Cha" by Arturo Sandoval will have three soloists, Lemuel Overton, guitar; Kane Berry, bari sax; and J.R. Wulf, trumpet.               Vocalist Kelsey Molina, with soloist Elaine Lancaster, trumpet, will perform George and Ira Gershwin's "Someone To Watch Over Me." Molina also will sing as the ensemble plays "Haven't Met You Yet" by Michael Bublé, Alan Chang and Amy Foster.              "Just about everyone solos" on Dave Mills' "125th Street Blues," said Dr. Allen Correll, director of the Jazz Ensemble.              Dr. Ben Finley is assistant director.              In addition to Molina, students performing in the concert are:                    Alto Saxophone - Jessika Coleman, Erin Goto, Brent Biddy, Katelyn George.       Tenor Sax - Kane Berry, Sam Crosby, Clint Prucha.       Bari Sax - Matt Roland, Kane Berry.       Trumpet - J.R.
