What is eRefunds?

East Central University now uses eRefunds—a secure, convenient refund and disbursement system powered by TouchNet and integrated with Colleague Self-Service. This system replaces the previously used BankMobile platform.

How It Works

eRefunds allows students to receive:

  • Financial aid disbursements
  • Refunds
  • Grants
  • Other payments owed by the university

Students create a secure refund profile by linking an existing bank account. You'll receive email notifications when a refund is pending and when funds have been deposited.

Refund Delivery Options

You have two options for receiving your funds:

  1. Direct Deposit (Recommended)
     - Fastest and most secure
     - Deposit to your existing checking or savings account

  2. Paper Check
     - Mailed to the address ECU has on file
     - Used if no direct deposit option is selected

Choose your refund preference in Colleague Self-Service to ensure timely processing.
