Call for Third-Party Comments
Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) Accreditation Review
The Department of Education within the College of Education and Psychology at East Central University will host an accreditation site visit by the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) on November 16–18, 2026.
As part of the accreditation process, CAEP invites interested parties to submit comments regarding the quality of East Central University's educator preparation programs.
Stakeholders may include, but are not limited to:
- Current and former students
- Program completers
- Full-time and adjunct faculty
- Staff
- Cooperating teachers and mentors
- School administrators
- Employers of program graduates
- Community partners
Comments should address substantive matters related to the quality and effectiveness of the professional education programs offered by East Central University. Please include your relationship to the university or educator preparation program (e.g., student, graduate, faculty member, employer, cooperating teacher, etc.).
