Post Clinic is designed to grow campers skill set within the post, short corner, and high post. We will specialize in low post moves with a strong emphasis on footwork and physical play. We will also emphasize rebounding and post defense techniques. The post clinic is open to girls ages 8-18 who are wanting to grow their post skill set. Campers will benefit from the instruction and demonstration from the ECU Coaching Staff and current ECU players at the Kerr Activities Center.
