The Salad Supper is an annual event where we all bring our favorite salad or dessert and have dinner together. Please bring a dish to share. Drinks and table settings will be provided.
We will also invite the 2022-2023 winners of the ECU Women’s Club Scholarship. All are invited but please RSVP to cpappas@ecok.edu or tbecerra@ecok.edu if you plan to attend.
All ECU staff, faculty, and retirees are invited. There is no cost to attend.
