All Skills Basketball Clinic is designed to grow each campers skill set, regardless of skill level, in a fun environment. We will work on the fundamental skills of ball handling, passing, shooting form, and defensive technique. This clinic is targeted for girls ages 5-12 to learn and develop their basketball skill set through drills and games. Campers will benefit from the instruction and demonstration from the East Central University Coaching Staff and current East Central University players. Post Clinic is designed to grow campers skill set within the post, short corner, and high post. We will specialize in low post moves with a strong emphasis on footwork and physical play. We will also emphasize rebounding and post defense techniques. The post clinic is open to girls ages 8-18 who are wanting to grow their post skill set. Campers will benefit from the instruction and demonstration from the ECU Coaching Staff and current ECU players at the Kerr Activities Center.

Shooting Clinic is designed to grow campers offensive skill set with a strong emphasis on shooting. We will work on shooting technique, footwork, and individual offensive skill development. Footwork and shooting technique will be a big emphasis at the Shooting Clinic. Campers will learn drills they can use outside of the Shooting Clinic to continue growing their offensive skill set. This clinic is targeted for girls ages 8-18 to learn and develop their offensive skill set. Campers will benefit from the instruction and demonstration from the ECU Coaching Staff and current ECU players at the Kerr Activities Center.

Elite Clinic is designed for players grades 9-12 who want to grow their game and learn how to improve to take their abilities to the next level. Campers will experience competitive offensive and defensive drills used in East Central practices. In addition, campers will benefit from the instruction and demonstration from the ECU Coaching staff and current ECU players at the Kerr Activities Center.

This Camp is designed for the ADVANCED softball player who wants to play at the collegiate level. Participants will be provided instruction on the defensive aspects of the game. The exact format of the Camp will be decided on the day of the Camp and will be subject to the number of participants, positions of participants and applicable weather conditions.
Each participant will get the opportunity to be instructed by and interact with the coaching staff at East Central University. This is a skills Camp that also includes a question/answer session with the ECU coaches.
