A McAlester-area reunion will be hosted by the East Central University Alumni Association Saturday [MAY 30] with special guest Dr. John Hargrave, ECU's president-elect.
The reunion will begin at 6 p.m. at Chef Billy's, 214 E. Choctaw Rd.
Hargrave, a 1977 graduate of ECU, will be the guest of Dr. Duane C. Anderson, ECU's interim president. Hargrave will assume his new position on July 1.
Alumni, faculty, staff and friends of ECU are invited to the reunion and should register athttp://alumni.ecok.edu/events/event_details.asp?id=29246. The cost is $10 per person at the door and includes appetizers. Proceeds will fund ECU's Alumni Association legacy scholarships for children/grandchildren of ECU alums and scholarships for junior and senior students.
